3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ar789 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ar789 account. The creation of duplicate, proxy, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. ar789 uses technical and documentary verification methods to detect multiple account registrations. Accounts found to be in violation of the single account policy will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar789 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ar789 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Deposit Processing

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ar789 employs algorithmic and manual review processes to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once; systematic wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated tools to process bonus funds; or any strategy that ar789 determines to be inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.

All games available on the ar789 Platform are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game rules in addition to these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar789 Platform:

• Use of any automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that provides an automated advantage over other players or the platform
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing of hole cards, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of chip dumping
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or display glitches — any winnings derived from a verified platform error are void and will be reversed

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ar789's reasonable control
• Losses arising from errors in game software that are promptly corrected upon detection by ar789
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ar789's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ar789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ar789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ar789 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during account registration and KYC verification — including your CNIC details and mobile number — is processed solely for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of ar789 services. ar789 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.2 Informal Resolution

12.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to ar789's licensing authority for independent adjudication. ar789's licensing authority operates a formal dispute resolution process that is binding on ar789. 12.4 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the ar789 Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are permanently barred.
